Part of a group of copies negatives taken from photographs by the Arkansas State Publicity and Parks Department of students of the Negro Boys Industrial School in Wrightsville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, grinding sorghum by using two mules to pull a lever that cranks a machine to crush the cane. Deane could have taken these copy negatives anytime during his career.
